Why Celbar?
Celbar is an insulation product and therefor will naturlaly help control ever increasing utility costs. Celbar is also abelt o substantially reduce sound transmission because of the elasticity and density of the cellulose fibers. Compared to the common method of stapling insulation between studs or rafters, Celbar's monolithic coating is sprayed-on, for a better sounds and thermal control barrier. Fire Rated Assemblies - Celbar has been tested in a full scale assembly per ASTM-E-119 and can be used in hourly rated partitions. In today's fast pace construction schedules, sound and conditioned air are commonly transferred through holes and cracks created by the various trades involved. Additionally, job site construction often permits other holes or cracks to form, either by material damage or labor errors. With Celbar, these problem areas can be corrected, as well as solving nouse from plumbing or other high use areas. By using Celbar and the spray method of application, you can now offer better sound control by drastically reducing noise transmission. Facility cost of operation is controlled because of Celbar's unique thermal insulation properties. High density, low flame spread rating and other product qualities make Celbar an excellent method for facility protection.
A partial list of satisfied hotels which have used Celbar in partition walls includes Circus Circus, Guest Quarters, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Marriott, Ramada, Residence Inns, Sheraton, and Warwick.
