Celbar Cellulose Spray Insulation Product Line

Cellulose Insulation

Celbar Spray on System is a blend of specially prepared cellulose fibers, organic in nature, treated with adhesive and fire resistant chemicals. When sprayed in place, the interlocking fibers result in a mass that produces excellent sound and thermal properties.

Loosefill Blown Insulation

Celbar Loosefill is a natural material. It insulates better than man-made materials because air is trapped between and within its fibers. Celbar is made with recycled material that conserves energy, reduces the load on landfills, and takes substantially less energy to manufacture. It is by far a smarter, more natural choice than man-made materials.

Two Hour Firewall The new Celbar RL system leads the industry with our new one to three hour fire and sound rated assemblies. One of the most outstanding features is the record setting weight load design, which is 1415 pounds per stud.

Celweb

Celweb™ is designed to be used in conjunction with Celbar WallSpray®. Celweb™ provides a backing for wall assemblies in which the drywall has not yet been constructed, allowing for the application of Celbar WallSpray®. Celweb® is ideal for knee walls, cathedral ceilings and sound walls.

Celweb™speeds installation and eliminates the downtime of waiting for drywall contractors. Celweb™ also prevents interruption of drywall contractors and allows Celbar contractors to work their own schedule.
